My daughter has been going to Miah brothers Boxing gym now for 1 1/2 years. Her Coach has pushed her and brought the best out in her.
The gym offers both a Professional and personal approach at the same time. This has really helped build her confidence which was one of the things that we were looking for.
She has gained a lot of skills, Especially foot skills, power punching, speed and fitness through the lessons at the gym.
The coach is very flexible and he’s very open to suggestions if you want to change the training to suit your child which is great, instead of following a fixed plan.
Overall, I would highly recommend this gym, especially for young children to help build their confidence in themselves, get fit and learn a life skill.

I've been really impressed with this boxing club. My boys have been coached by Adil, and in such a short space of time they've learnt so much about the sport. He has a great way of making every session fun and engaging while still maintaining discipline and high standards.
What stands out the most is the positive influence he's had on them. Adil isn't just a great coach – he's become a role model, teaching them important life lessons about respect, hard work, and perseverance. It's clear he genuinely cares about helping the kids grow both inside and outside the gym. I couldn't recommend him and the club highly enough.

The coaches at Miah Brothers are fantastic. They’re friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, making every session enjoyable and motivating.
